You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the platform to infringe rights, distribute malicious content, or engage in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to terminate access for any violations of these terms.
2. Accounts and Access
If account access is provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Intellectual Property
QuantumRealm and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, branding, and related materials. Limited use rights are granted only for lawful use of our services as expressly permitted in these Terms.
4. Service Availability
We continuously improve and may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practical. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services and are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantumRealm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to the services is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the past 12 months.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
