GTM Associate

Creonnect is undertaking an ambitious platform-building agenda, creating the professional ecosystem for India's next generation of builders, founders, and creators. We're investing in innovative ways to deepen community engagement, accelerate talent discovery, and make opportunity truly accessible.
The GTM function at Creonnect owns how the platform shows up in the world, from how we launch new features to how we grow and retain our community. We're a lean, cross-functional team that moves fast and ships faster.
As the GTM Associate, you will be a high-ownership operator who thinks holistically about growth, community, product, and sales and executes across all of them. This isn't a seat-warmer role. You'll work directly with the founding team, with no layers and no hand-holding.
Job Responsibilities
- Own product launch strategy and execution, positioning, messaging, rollout, and post-launch retrospectives
- Drive user acquisition through growth experiments, organic and paid channels, referral loops, and content strategy
- Build and manage the Creonnect community programs, events, ambassador initiatives, and creator outreach
- Source, pitch, and close early-stage sales and partnerships with companies, colleges, and creator networks
- Act as the internal voice of the user feed, ground-level insights into the product and strategy teams
- Track GTM metrics, build dashboards, and iterate fast based on what's working
Required Qualification, Capabilities, and Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in growth, marketing, sales, or community, ideally at a startup or in the creator/professional networking space
- Strong understanding of how digital platforms, creator communities, and professional networks operate in India
- Excellent written communication, sharp, clear, and adaptable across formats (cold emails, social copy, pitch decks)
- Demonstrated ability to own outcomes, not just tasks; you set the goal, build the plan, and execute
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and the reality of early-stage startups
- Data-literate, comfortable reading metrics, forming hypotheses, and making decisions from data
Preferred Qualification, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience growing a community (Discord, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups) from the ground up
- Prior B2B or B2C outreach and deal-closing experience
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Apollo, Mixpanel, Mailchimp, or equivalent GTM stack
- Ability to think strategically, move independently, and communicate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- Prior experience in edtech, creator economy, or professional networking platforms
- Active Creonnect user (this genuinely matters to us)

Content Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, data-driven Content Marketing Specialist to help us build the voice of Creonnect. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that educates brands and creators on the power of our platform. From blog posts and case studies to social media and newsletters, you will own the content engine that drives our inbound growth.
What You'll Do
- Write and publish high-quality blog posts, guides, and case studies focused on the creator economy and B2B SaaS marketing.
- Manage and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram) with engaging, platform-native content.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to create product marketing materials and sales enablement collateral.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and iterate based on what drives engagement and conversions.
- Assist in the creation of our weekly newsletter targeting modern marketing teams.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or the creator economy space.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A deep understanding of social media trends and how creators operate.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and content distribution strategies.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
